  • WE’RE MAKING AN UPGRADE!
    Updated 09/20/18
One of our goals at Great Southern Bank is to give you a smooth and easy experience when using your debit card. To do that, we’re upgrading to a new debit processor that allows us to enhance the products and services you’ll enjoy as a valued customer.

In October, you’ll receive a new debit card and PIN. If you experience any problems when using your debit card and PIN at a retail location during the short conversion process, just choose the “credit” option and, if prompted, sign for your purchase.

    KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SECURE

By following these simple steps, you can keep your personal information secure offline and online.

There are four main ways to do it:  know who you share information with; store and dispose of your personal information securely, especially your Social Security Number; ask questions before deciding to share your personal information; and maintain appropriate security on your computers and other electronic devices. If by chance you do fall victim to identity theft, it is wise to begin an identity recovery plan as soon as possible.  For more information, contact your local branch today.
